Below are a few more tips that will help you understand what you need to do in order to get ready for this holiday season:

1. Make sure you have enough inventory! This requires that you know what your best selling items will be. Also, if you plan on promoting certain items, make sure you have enough in stock.
2. Make sure you have enough shipping supplies!
3. Make sure you have enough staff to prepare you for the busy season and schedule your staff in advance.
4. Utilize holiday marketing campaigns, and start them by the end of August.
